An important area concerning the procedure for authorizing trade in strategic goods in the Republic of Moldova, with the possibility for individuals or legal entities carrying out operations with strategic goods to apply.
The principles and procedure for the authorization and control of operations involving strategic goods are established by Law No. 213/2024 on the control of trade in strategic goods and Government Decision No. 24/2025 on the National System for the Control of Trade in Strategic Goods in the Republic of Moldova.
In accordance with the provisions of the Commission Regulation in Annex No. 1 to the aforementioned decision, the secretariat activities of the National Commission for the Control of Trade in Strategic Goods are ensured by the Public Services Agency, which, based on the Commission's decisions, ensures the issuance, delivery and record-keeping of authorizations and related documents required for operations involving strategic goods.
At the same time, the Public Services Agency encourages the online submission of applications for the issuance of permits and related documents in the field of trade in strategic goods through the Information System “Control of Trade in Strategic Goods”, available at ccms.asp.gov.md.
