- The application for the registration of the religious denomination, signed by all the members of the governing body of the religious denomination, indicating the domicile of each of them, in the form approved by the state registration body;
- The articles of association, in two copies, adopted by the founders;
- The minutes of the constitutive meeting, to be signed by the chairman and the secretary of the meeting. The minutes must contain data on the establishment of the religious denomination, the approval of the articles of association, the election of the governing and control bodies, and the designation of the person responsible for registration;
- The list of founders. The establishment of a religious denomination requires the assembly of at least 100 natural persons who are citizens of the Republic of Moldova. Upon registration, the applicants submit the list of founders, with the signatures of at least 100 of them;
- copies of the identity documents of the founders;
- The fundamental principles of faith of the denomination to be registered;
- The documents attesting the granting of the registered office — the declaration of the natural person or the consent of the legal entity (certified by the signature of its head), with the document confirming the ownership right annexed;
- Information on the beneficial owner of the legal entity (basis: art.14 of Law no.308 of 22 December 2017 on preventing and combating money laundering and terrorism financing).
