The extract from the State Register is issued under the conditions and within the limits provided for by the legislation on access to information, state secrets, commercial secrets, the protection of personal data and registers, as well as by the international treaties to which the Republic of Moldova is a party.
Information is provided (extracts are issued) on the basis of an application submitted by the applicant. The extract is issued on the basis of the identity document.
The extract from the State Register contains data on the name of the legal entity, the surname and given name of the natural person who is an individual entrepreneur, the legal form of organisation, the state identification number (IDNO), the date of registration, the registered office, the surname and given name of the administrator, the amount of the share capital, the surnames and given names or the names of the associates, the associates’ participation shares and the main object of activity.
