State registration as an individual entrepreneur is carried out free of charge in the case of natural persons who ceased their activity under an entrepreneurial patent because of the expiry of the time limits established in art.18 para. (2) of Law no.93/1998 on the entrepreneurial patent and in the annex thereto;
The state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs resident in the zone for supporting social and economic development with a preferential regime (the localities on the left bank of the Nistru of the Dubăsari district), as well as the making of amendments, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 39/2006 on the introduction of additional measures to support entrepreneurial activity carried out in the localities on the left bank of the Nistru of the Dubăsari district;
