I want to receive the documents both on paper and electronically, but I cannot tick both options. Why?

If you wish to receive the documents both on paper and electronically, it is sufficient to tick only the option of receiving the document on paper, since you will by default have access to the electronic version of the documents in MCabinet immediately after collecting them on paper from the Multifunctional Centre.
