If I place the order on behalf of the owner but cannot come to collect the documents, may another person come with a power of attorney? When submitting the online application I did not know that I would not be present at the collection.

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, a person authorised by a notarised power of attorney or through MPower may come to collect the documents on behalf of the applicant.

When collecting the documents, the authorised person shall present the original power of attorney or the MPower authorisation (they shall have the printed version of the power of representation or know its unique code), the identity document and, as the case may be, other supporting documents.
