What documents are required for registering a mortgage contract?

Natural persons

Mandatory documents:

1. The document on the basis of which the right arose;
2. The receipt confirming payment for the services;
3. The applicant’s identity document;
4. The representative’s identity document (if the application is submitted by someone other than the person requesting the entry of their ownership right);
5. The document confirming the representative’s powers;
6. The geometric plan of the immovable property (if it is not held by the TCS).

Legal entities

Mandatory documents:

1. The document on the basis of which the right arose;
2. The receipt confirming payment for the services;
3. The registration certificate and the extract from the state register of legal entities (for non-resident legal entities):
4. The representative’s identity document;
5. The document confirming the representative’s powers (if the application is submitted by someone other than the administrator);
6. The geometric plan of the property (if it is not held by the TCS).
