Documents required for registering an inheritance

Mandatory documents:

1. Certificate of legal or testamentary heir;
2. The identity document of the applicant (the heir);
3. The identity document of the representative (if the application is submitted by the heir’s representative);
4. The document confirming the representative’s powers.
5. The geometric plan of the immovable property (if it is not held by the TCS)
6. The receipt confirming payment for the services.

 Note: In particular cases, the registrar may request other documents, justifying the need to submit them
