Under national legislation, in the case of the privatisation of dwellings, the data of all participants in the privatisation are entered in the register of immovable property, on the basis of the contract for the sale and purchase (handover-takeover) of the dwelling into private ownership and of the document confirming the composition of the participants in the privatisation.
The document confirming the composition of the participants in the privatisation is issued by the directorates of the district/municipal councils, in the form of an extract from the decision of the privatisation commission or in the form of a certificate concerning the members who took part in the privatisation of the dwelling.
The interested person shall submit an application at the counter within the multifunctional centre in whose area of operation the immovable property is located, presenting the identity booklet and the document confirming the composition of the participants in the privatisation. At the same time as submitting the application for completing the data in the register of immovable property, the tariff of 50 lei for the requested service shall be paid.
