Where acceptance of the application for cadastral works has been refused, the applicant should complete a model application, the form of which can be obtained from the officer at the counter serving them, from the information desk within the Multifunctional Centre, or downloaded from the page www.asp.gov.md. The completed application and copies of the documents submitted at the counter will be sent to the territorial cadastral service in whose area of operation the immovable property is located.
The territorial cadastral service responsible for examining the case will provide a written reply within a period not exceeding 30 days.
