- it deals only with operations of purchasing foreign currency from natural persons and operations of selling foreign currency to natural persons out of its own funds;
- the minimum amount deposited in the share capital for obtaining the licence must be 500,000 lei;
- the name shall use the words “Casă de schimb valutar” and the specific name of the enterprise.
