The high level citizens’ service is the main goal of the activity of the Public Services Agency.
We will be grateful for referral and communication of corruption acts, influence peddling and protectionism committed by the employees of the Public Services Agency.
Hot line “ANTI-CORRUPTION” has been created in order to have a more effective cooperation with citizens and civil society, to prevent cases of abuse, of combating and preventing corruption, as well as enhancing the quality of services provided by the Public Services Agency.
All your complaints will be examined by the administration of the Public Services Agency thus, taking the necessary measures in accordance with current legislation.
