On the occasion of national holidays, traditionally celebrated at the end of summer on August 27 and 31, the team of the Public Services Agency sincerely congratulates all citizens and wishes health, peace, prosperity and confidence in the future of the Republic of Moldova.
It should be mentioned that August 27th and 31st are declared holidays. At the same time, on these days the territorial subdivisions of vehicle registration in Tiraspol and Ribnita will operate in accordance with their usual work schedule.
Also, we inform you that on August 28, 2021 the territorial subdivisions of the PSA will continue to work according to their usual work schedule established for Saturday and will provide all services in accordance with their competences (multifunctional centers of Chisinau No. 1, 2, 3, 4, Balti, Cahul, Anenii Noi, Rezina, IDO Bender, Edinet, Ocnita, Comrat, RO Chisinau, Varnita, as well as transport registration and driver qualification subdivisions, whose work schedule is set from Tuesday to Saturday). At the same time, on the occasion of the Dedication day celebrated on August 28 in Ungheni, Soroca, Drochia, Cimislia, Telenesti and Sanatauca, we bring the warmest congratulations and best wishes to the inhabitants of the celebrated towns.
It should be reminded that the Government of the Republic of Moldova declared August 30, 2021 as a rest day (according to the provisions of the Government Decision No. 108 of July 14, 2021). At the same time, due to the fact that in August many of our citizens return from abroad to spend holidays with their families and some take the opportunity to update their documents issued by the PSA, on August 30, from 700 to 1500, those interested will be able to contact any multifunctional center of the country, where all services will be provided within the established competencies (services in the field of issuing identity documents, civil status certificates, vehicle registration and driver qualification, cadastral services, registration and licensing of legal units).
On August 26 and 30, 2021 the applications for the issuance of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova within 1 day will be received until 1030, and those for the issuance of the identity card of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova - until 1100, on condition that the applicant will submit a written consent to receive the identity documents on Saturday, August 28, 2021 in the afternoon (application from August 26, 2021) and, accordingly, on Wednesday, September 01, 2021 in the afternoon (application from August 30, 2021).
The submission of the application for the issuance of identity documents and their receipt on the same day can be requested in the multifunctional centers no. 2 (Chisinau municipality, 47 A. Pushkin Street) and no. 5 (Chisinau municipality, 56 Alexandru cel Bun Street).
We reiterate that all the PSA services are provided according to the pre-registration. The provision of services to the applicants according to the principle of the ordinary queue (first come first served) is carried out within the possibilities of the territorial subdivisions of the PSA (in case there are no persons pre-registered or the pre-registered persons do not appear). It should be mentioned that in the case of services rendered to citizens from the ordinary queue, priority is given to citizens applying for services provided on expedited basis. Also, it remains in force the priority of providing services to elderly people, people with severe and accentuated disabilities, pregnant women and mothers with children under 3 years old.
