The service is provided in the territorial subdivisions of the DVR and DQ.

Applicant categories:

The owner or authorized person.

NOTE: If the vehicle owners have not reached 14 years of age, registration is carried out on their behalf by parents, adoptive parents or guardians, and if the owners are persons between the ages of 14 and 18 years old, registration is carried out on their behalf with written consent of their legal representatives - parents, adoptive parents or guardians.

Required documents:

• application of a standard form;
• the identity document;
• registration certificate (if necessary);
• property title;
• power of attorney (if necessary);
• confirmation of paying the tariffs for provided service.
