Documents’ processing (VP, VPP), in case of finding defects after their issuance (due to the enterprise error)

The processing of the vehicle registration certificate (VP, VPP), in case of finding defects (due to the enterprise error) is carried out according to established procedure.

Applicant categories: 

The owner or authorized person.

Required documents:

• complaint (according to the standard SF 37603221-015:2015 ,, Quality management system. Complaints handling”);
• the identification document of the owner or authorized person (if necessary);
• registration certificate in original;
• power of attorney (if necessary).

Note: If the vehicle owners have not reached 14 years of age, registration is carried out on their behalf by parents, adoptive parents or guardians, and if the owners are persons between the ages of 14 and 18 years old, registration is carried out on their behalf with written consent of their legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents or guardians).
