Cancellation of the registration certificate (VP) or the provisional registration certificate (VPP, VPT) – if it is the main document, issued on behalf of the usufructuary (except the vehicle registered by another registrar).

The service is provided at the expiration date of the document or at the presentation of the documents requesting its cancellation.
Applicant categories:
The owner or authorized person.
Required documents:
- application of the owner or authorized person;
- the identity document of the applicant, in original;
- the registration certificate;
- power of attorney, if necessary;
- termination agreement of the contract on transfer for temporary use, if necessary;
- statutory declaration, if necessary;
- court’s decision on the termination of the contract on transfer for temporary use, if necessary.
Note:If the vehicle owners have not reached 14 years of age, registration is carried out on their behalf by parents, adoptive parents or guardians, and if the owners are persons between the ages of 14 and 18 years old, registration is carried out on their behalf with written consent of their legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents or guardians).
