General information:
The service is provided to natural persons, who for religious reasons have refused the state identification number (IDNP) or to certain categories of persons who benefit, in the established order, from documents processing without IDNP, as well as when performing the intermediate registration operations.
The application is accepted only after identifying the vehicle, owner or authorized person and verifying the information regarding the registered restrictions.
Applicant categories:
The owner or authorized person.
Required documents:
- application of the owner or authorized person;
- damaged registration certificate, if necessary;
- confirmation of paying the tariffs for the provided services;
- the identity document of the applicant, in original;
- the periodic state technical inspection, within its term of validity, and confirmation of paying the road tax;
- a copy of the compulsory civil liability insurance document for damages caused by vehicles, during its term of validity;
- vehicle identification report;
- statutory declaration;
Note: If the vehicle owners have not reached 14 years of age, registration is carried out on their behalf by parents, adoptive parents or guardians, and if the owners are persons between the ages of 14 and 18 years old, registration is carried out on their behalf with written consent of their legal representatives - parents, adoptive parents or guardians.
