General information
Provisional registration certificate is an official state document that confirms the registration of a vehicle and allows to its owner to operate the vehicle in the territory of the Republic of Moldova. It is issued for the period of processing the registration certificate, and also as a main document for vehicles belonging to natural persons, who for religious reasons have refused the state identification number (IDNP).
